sandboxie in windows 10?

just updated to windows 10 and now have problems with sandboxie. have tried to find the solutions but either they are over my head or go in a different direction.

was having problems with first win 10 install and re-installed. i forgot to copy the error codes.

-when installing sanboxie got an error that could not identify user.

-then when i tried to open a browser got an error that had something to do with .dll

any help would be greatly appreciated.

when i install:
SBIE1408 Unknown user name for SID: S-1-5-21-3281883161-3803617453-137136177-1001

when i open browser:
dllhosti.exe - DLL Initialization Failed
Initialization of the dynamic link library C:\Program Files\Sandboxie\SbieDll.dll failed. The process is terminating abnormally

If you are using nothing but Windows Defender then,
Right click start,
left click settings,
left click Update & Security,
on the left side left click Windows Defender,
left click Open Windows Defender Security Center,
left click on Virus & threat protection,
left click on Virus & threat protection settings,
scroll the page down,
look under Exclusions left click on Add or remove exclusions,
left click on Add an exclusion,
left click Folder,
navigate to C:\Program Files\Sandboxie folder left click the folder to highlight it blue left click Select Folder.
Close the 2 windows and use Sandboxie as you do.
