If it follows other enterprise-class SSDs, then expect them to be 5x the price of consumer-grade SSDs of the same size.

Last time I checked, the Price is measured from $500 to almost $2000, that is because the Chips are more Enhanced and have 3 times less the Failure Rate than normal SSDs is my guess on it.

Really good durability! MLC flash can handle a couple 100TBs of writes, so is this SLC or some sort of tweak?

Probably very large over provisioning... And slc type "cache" in the drive. Quite common practice now a days is to leave some part of nand to work like slc-style.
