Hi, recently I bought this 32GB flash drive:

with advertised speeds of 245MB/s read and 100MB/s write. However, I noticed when I'm transferring files, it only writes at a max of ~30MB/s, usually going about 27-29MB/s.
It doesn't change when plugged into either USB 2.0 or 3.0 port.
Any ideas?
