Sandy bridge or ivy bridge

Hello I can't decide between ivy or sandy bridge. I want the best thing and a 5.1ghz overclock. It will be on water. From the looks of it ivy bridge runs really hot. What would you choose
 


Well, we won't know for sure about the heat issues with IB until the processors are actually released to see what a full release sample size says, but my own personal recommendation is go with SB. The slight performance improvements for IB are mostly on the iGPU side, which most enthusiasts won't ever use anyway (also, of course, PCIe 3.0, but current PCIe 3.0 cards can't even max out PCIe 2.0). If the heat issues and reduced overclockability turn out to be a real problem, then it's a no-brainer to go with SB.
