Sandybridge - lowering VCCSA, PLL, PCH voltages?

Hi, I have i2600K and ASUS P8P67 Pro

I find I can lower some voltages substantially in the BIOS without affecting stability:

VCCSA - set to minimum 0.80
PLL - dropped to 1.5125
PCH - dropped to 0.91

Some overclocking guides recommend dropping these voltages.

But is it safe to do this? Or is it dangerous to go too low?
