Pretty simple... I am pretty sure I can, but I figured I would come on here to confirm. I am building an external radiator cooling loop, which will require multiple water pumps. My mobo has one pump header, which does not have enough power for more than one pump. So, I am planning to use a PWM splitter to control the pumps, and SATA power to power them. This will work, right?

I assumed that they ran off of the header since the header can support 36W.
While the 4-pin PWM pump header can support 36W, the product image shows the fan header having only 2 wires: RPM feedback and PWM signal. No wires for +12V and ground for powering it.

Can you tell I haven't opened any of the boxes yet?
So, you jumped the gun? 🤔
