Hi, I have this wireless cam set up on my home network. I use cloudedge app on my mobile phone and it works fine at home and externally. I have tried accessing via internet explorer using local ip address and externally using static ip and port but it will not connect. I cannot access the cam directly to find ip and port so used advanced ip scanner and advanced port scanner to find. It looks like it was ip 192.168.0.17 and port 22 ( I think) on tcp. So I put this in port forwarding (Vodafone router). I have a fixed external ip. Any ideas?

If it doesn't work on LAN it will never work with a port forward. Until you can reliably connect via the LAN don't bother with the port forward. This camera may require their NVR to have browser access.

Ok it qas wrong port. I entered 80 and its asling for username and password. What is this?

It is the user name, and password you need to access that camera' Web interface. In the same way you need them to access your router, or computer.
