Saphire Nitro 470 4gb enough to play vr games????

Hi guys, im about to buy a new GPU.
I want to buy a Saphire Nitro 470 4gb, to avoid buying a new PSU.
My other option is an Asus dual RX 480 4gb.
I have seen several benchmarks, and the 470 nitro comes behind the 480 for just 5-4 fps.
I havent been able to find benchmarks or a video with VR games using a 470.
So my question is:

Can i play VR games with a saphire nitro 470 4 GB??

I dont need ultra settings.... As long as i can play with everything in high/medium, or medium with a decent resolution and good fps, it will be good enough for me...

Yes you should be able to play VR with the 470. What are the rest of your system specs?

my specs are:

i5 4460
8 gb of ram
1ssd
1hhd
a cooler master extreme power plus of 500 w

I think my CPU should be good enough as well.... i just need more ram 😛
