Saphire rx 570 nitro+ no hdmi video output

When i first installed Gpu on motherboard it was working just fine,i can access motherboard bios from Rx 570 hdmi output.

I had to move my pc to other room but this time when i try the gpu no signal on my monitor.

All i did update motherboard bios to latest and installed windows on ssd while gpu is connected, no video output from gpu but motherboard hdmi works fine.

Tried motherboard bios downgrade same resault, motherboard bios/windows can't see the gpu when it's installed.

Note : there are 8+6 pins on gpu, first installation i connected my psu to both pins 8+6 i hope this is not a problem.

Have you checked whether moving the PC may have made the graphics card loose? (Should be very rare, but may as well rule it out.) I would try reseating the graphics card to see if it helps.

I tried using PCIE risers and installing the gpu on motherboard directly same result, i know for sure it's installed correctly and there's enough power for the gpu but no video output 🙁

Hm... the only software solutions you could try (that I am aware of) is clean installation of drivers and going into BIOS to see if the graphics setting needs to be manually adjusted (sounds unlikely as it was working fine before).

Cable seems to be ruled out (I am assuming you're using the same one when connecting to the graphics card or motherboard). Power should be fine if you're using the correct cables for them.

Your motherboard has other PCIe slots. You could try installing the graphics card to another slot to see if it is working (could be a faulty PCIe slot).
