Hello viewers.
First of all thanks for clicking on this thread to help me fix my problem.
I recently bought 280x from sapphire and it is amazing comparing to my older card (hd 4650).
But I have noticed a problem. First time i saw it it was in Watch Dogs. I had amazing fps on High Settings (80fps) but when i drove a car, the game started to stutter so badly. First i tought its because Watch Dogs is badly optimized for pc so i moved on. Then the Shadow of Mordor came out. I installed it and started to play. I could run this game on Max with 80 fps easly so the gameplay was smooth. Well at least when i wasnt in fights. When i go in a fight i suddenly get this stuttering. It feels like the game is in slow motion for half a second every second. It is not playable. I really need fix for this guys.
I tried everything i found online to fix it:
- AMD CCC set power limit of gpu to +20%
- Changed every setting in Shadow of Mordor (yeah also capped fps, turned on vsync...)
- Windows key event disabled
- Checked my pc for malware and defraged my second disc (first is ssd)
... but nothing helped.
Please advise me what to do.
Thanks, ML

My rig:
- i5-3570
- Kingston HyperX Beast 2x4GB DDRIII
- SSD kingston 60GB and HDD WD blue 1TB
- Corsair GS800 800W gaming PSU
- MSI Z77A-G43 mobo
- AOC 21,5" FullHD monitor

Oh sht i missclicked xD I am sorry but this isnt the answer. During gaming my temparetures only rise to max 60°C (I have some fans and open chasis). I also read that could be the problem before and i tried to play with my fans running at 100%. Tempareture was at 45°C.

Try to play with a different card and see if this problem still persist. If playing with another card works; then I think you should replace your 280X.

hmmmm RADEONPRO is the answer. download it, fix your stuttering issues with DYNAMIC vsync or setup a custom vsync config.

if it gets complicated just ask me here.

edit: i know how a 280x performs on other games, i own one. but if stuttering is the issue, WHICH DEFINITELY IS. RADEONPRO is the answer.

thanks but unfortunately i cant get a hand on another 280x. But it most probably is with 280x cuz i had other GPU before this running on this system and it worked just fine

Thanks for the answer. Just downloading RADEONPRO and will try to fix stuttering.
