Sapphire 7950 overclocking?

Hello,
I am new to overclocking but have managed to get my sapphire 7950 vapor-x to 1165MHz on the core clock and 1400 MHz on the memory clock. If I increase the clocks any higher I get glitching in Borderlands 2. Is this a good overclock? Have any of you got this card. If so what are your experiences?
My card is running at 50 degrees Celsius under full load.

Artifacts are a sign you should stop/tweak your settings. What sort of glitches are you precisely getting though?

Thanks for the reply. Flashing environments are the most common glitches but also the ground turns to a grid and flashes too.
