Sapphire 7950 vapor-X vs HIS 7950 X2

i have been working on a build http://pcpartpicker.com/p/wXYC and i'm stuck between the sapphire vapor-x and the HIS 7950 X2 i know they are both great overclockers(will be doing)and they both look awesome(except the HIS is ugly but i digress)also can the power supply in the build support overclocking on the cpu and gpu and all the other components
