Sapphire 9800pro (bulk) vs. ATI 9800pro(retail)

Im building a gaming rig and would like to know which one of these would be best. I do plan on max oc'ing. This is what Ive come up with so far:

Aspire X-Dreamer II (black)

Abit Nforce2 SSP "NF7"

Sapphire 9800pro 128mb(bulk)or ATI 9800pro(retail)
(what is the difference anyway??)besides the $$

AMB Athalon XP 2800 "Barton"

2x Corsair 512mb

I would like any HELP you all might have as this is the first real gaming rig Ive made.

Go with something else if you want max overclock otherwise basically warranty will be your difference. Although anything that is BULK/OEM I wouldn't trust to overclock well.
