Sappire is a good well known brand, but most of the aftermarket coolers for the 290x are very similar. Some good well known brands are Asus, MSI, Gigabyte, Sapphire and XFX.

I honestly don't know but it really don't matter at all.
All the brands I listed have fairly high quality products.

Yes just Google them. ASUS,Sapphire,MSI, Asrock r pretty good brands.
