Sapphire AMD or Afox Radeon ?

Hi. I need to buy a new gpu. For my budget available are theese 4 :
AFOX NVIDIA GT630-PCI-E 4GB DDR3
AFOX NVIDIA GT630-PCI-E 2GB DDR3
AFOX NVIDIA GT730-PCI-E 2GB DDR3 and
Sapphire ATI PCX R7 240 1GB DDR3.
I Have the next components: 2gb of RAM (but I will upgrade it up to 4gb) and
AMD Athlon 64x2 Dual Core 3800+ 2ghz. Please help me

Well ideally you should just buy a new PC, but if you can't... Either the R7 240 or GT730, they're close in performance, just choose which ever is cheaper. However, I have never heard about AFOX graphics cards, and Sapphire are known for good quality.

I think it's a product line of Nvidia.
