Hi! I want know what is safe temperature when gaming sapphire amd radeon hd 7870 xt with boost 2gb gddr5 safe temperature?

Its get very hot like 80 when i play like World of Tanks and i was thinking how much heat that gpu take? Thanks if anyone know about this.!

I think it can get to 90-ish degrees and play without problems

Somewhere around 85C is as hot as I'd like to see, but 80ish is safe enough, if you're worried a few tips to lower the temps:
Try running with the side panel off, if the temps improve it indicates lack of airflow in the case, most graphic cards like strong intake fans located in the case front, driving cool air in and up towards the rear/top exhaust fan/s.
You can set a custom fan profile using the Afterburner tuning software (nice freebie), more noise, but a cooler card.
Old trick: Turn on Vsync, particularly helpful in older titles which otherwise have the card running flat out to produce a wasted 100+FPS!
