[SOLVED] Sapphire AMD Radeon RX 5500xt 4GB turns off screen

Hello everyone, one year ago I built new pc with this specs:

AMD Ryzen3 3100,
MSI Mag B550 Tomahawk
16GB 3600MhZ patriot viper steel,
512GB Transcend 220s NVME ssd,
Cooler Master White MVE 700W psu,
and Sapphire AMD Radeon RX 5500xt 4GB.

Sometimes my screen goes black at random times, but PC still works, sound is playing and it is reacting to keyboard and mouse. After that I have to restart PC (sometimes multiple times) and then AMD radeon software is not starting and drivers are uninstalled. If someone knows what is going on , please help.

EDIT: Also when I restart PC, graphics card is disabled and there isn't sleep button.

The sleep function is working when GPU drivers are installed so it's the same issue since yours are being uninstalled.

Make sure you have the latest bios, chipset drivers and windows updates.
