Hi, i have a question.
Will a SAPPHIRE AMD Radeon RX 560 PULSE GPU + i5 4460 and 8 gb of ram work with a 450 w PSU ? is the GPU a good upgrade for the gtx 750ti? thanks !

Solution
There's several 450W with that designation. Doesn't it have a manufacturer name?
But if it has a 6-pin connector, chances are it will be sufficient for the card.

Does it have a 6-pin PCIe connector for the RX 560 card? If not, the PSU is probably over-rated and not a 'real' 450W.

Btw, you can find out what PSU it is and what its specs are by looking at the label/nameplate on the side of the PSU

Can you read the nameplate? Look for the +12V specs and report those. Or post a pic of the nameplate.
You're probably alright with the 450W generic PSU if it came with a 6-pin. The RX 560 isn't all that heavy of a load. Just don't try to OC it until we know the PSU can handle the load.
