Sapphire Black Pure Hydra, 1155 P67

Hello, I've recently bought new MB Sapphire Black Pure Hydra for socket 1155. I have i7-2600. If I insert CPU into MB, it shows POST code 50, which means fail of CPU cache or something like that, but in ASUS P8P67 CPU works fine, where could be a problem ?

I have bought new MB, because 3 RAM slots in ASUS P8P67 stopped working and now I am running only 4 GB RAM instead of 16 GB. If I insert 4x 4GB Corsair Vengeance 1600 MHz RAMs into ASUS P8P67, DRAM LED remains led for loooooong time

Still didn't find solution. I thought it could be CPU, but I tested it and it shows it's OK.

Now I'm running only 4 GB RAM on ASUS P8P67 and it annoys me, that I can't use 16 GB RAMs.
