right now i have an radeon hd 6450 i was thinking of buying SAPPHIRE DUAL-X Radeon HD 6970 i need to be able to stream and play most games on at least 25 fps but im on a very tight budget and cant push much more then $100 my rig specs are as follows

windows 10 64bit
asus m5a97 r2.0
amd fx 4300 quad core 3.8ghz
16gb of ddr3 1600
and a 650 watt powersupply

I would think your processor would bottleneck that graphics card but let see what the experts have to say.

yea definitely would like to know a bit more definite before i spend the money the cpu is next to be upgraded but gonna be a few months right now when gaming the cpu barely reaches over 40% but my graphics card is always at 99% i just bought the motherboard and ram after having suffered major computer damage from a tree falling through my house and water getting into the computer im down to my last bit of money until after the holidays to replace the cpu but i want to buy a card thats gonna run decently and allow me to do what needs to be done until the time comes im also upgrading the powersupply next week to a 750
