Sapphire Fury X (not pump) Coil Whine

Hey so I have had a fury x for about 2 months now; and I love it of course. But I game on a 1440p 144hz monitor and it definitely pushes the card to 100% in certain games. Well when the card's usage is around 90%~100% the card has a high pitched coil whine. I was wondering if theres anything I could do about that???

Turn on VSync to limit the frame rate. Coil whine will be most noticeable in situations where you are maxing out your frame rate, such as a menu screen.

During gaming, I've noticed some coil noise coming from the card, dependent on the framerate. It's not as bad as with the HD 7990, but isn't unnoticeable either.
