Sapphire HD 7770 Vapor-X better than EVGA GeForce 560?

I am asking because tomorrow I am going to buy the Sapphire HD 7770 Vapor-X 1GB for a resolution of 1440x900

Sapphire HD 7770 is at $135 and EVGA GeForce 560 is at $190

both specs are:

Is EVGA GeForce 560 worth the money? I currently have $140, should I wait more and buy GeForce 560 or just go ahead and buy HD 7770? also what is the availability and power of safe clocking each card.

P.S.: My PSU is weak, around 230W, should I upgrade it? knowing that my processor is AMD Phenom II 1090T X6 3.2ghz and 4GB of ram.

HD 7770 and GTX 560 does not have a very big gap when it comes to performance. I mean a friend of mine has the HD 7770 and she can Max out AC3 at 1080p at about 40 frames average. Plays BF3 without any problem too. And besides GTX 560 eats more power and is already considered as the "old" ones. ..

You should also upgrade your PSU 230 Watt could not handle either card. I don't think you can even start it up. You can get the cheapest ones like HEC Cougar at about $49

How many watts is it? and how much should I really be having in order to run the card?

You seriously need to change your PSU to at least 450 watts +12v. Otherwise you can't possible use any of those cards

HD 7770 is really a very nice card at that price point. at 28 nm and it only requires 80watt vs 150 watts of GTX 560. Dude, I tried the video card myself.

Is this as good as HEC ? because HEC is way too expensive here in Egypt...

Those are actually better than HEC. You can go for the Cooler Master Extreme 2 525W PSU, that should do it.
