Sapphire HD 7870 won't be recognized on Windows 10

Hey guys, I'm having an infuriating time here. I have a custom rig with a fresh copy of Windows 10 and it won't recognize my graphics card. Here are the specs

Intel i5-3570 @ 3.4 Ghz
Sapphire HD 7870 graphic card with 2 GB of ram
ASrock z77 extreme4 mobo
Corsair Vengence 8 GB ram (2 x 4GB)

I have enough power to run the entire rig, I have done it before on Windows 7 but for whatever reason since wiping and installing the new OS, I can't get the blasted card to be spotted by the OS. I've installed the drivers that came with the MOBO and the card as well.

The AMD catalyst installer does not recognize the card either.

I've already tried installing the AMD drivers. I keep running into the "install package failure" issue.

No. That is the issue I'm running into. I've tried reseating the card itself and putting it into another PCI-E slot. Those did not work.

You can't use old drivers for windows 10. You need to download the new ones made for windows 10 (guessing 64bit version). For graphics driver http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows+10+-+64 for motherboard drivers http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z77%20Extreme4/?cat=Download

I'll try redownloading those as well then. I've tried installing that Radeon software and I run into the "install package failure" issue.

An update on the situation. I have tried installing the latest drivers. My system still does not recognize that I've plugged the card in. It still does not show up in the Device Manager.

When i try to install de device (Sapphire Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB GDDR5) driver, the process of instalation crashed.
I restart the pc and i got a black screen. if i turn off the pc or if i restart several times, i can FINALLY access to the operative system. but sometimes i have this error THREAD STUCK IN DEVICE DRIVER.
I clean driver installations with GURU 3D, ant i tryed to reinstall the correct driver, (last AMD driver) , or with the autodetect utility, and all goes wrong, i can use it.
What can i do? Thanks for your Help , and sorry for my bad english im not native.
