System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming (i'd like to play online rpgs at high if possible, company of heroes 2, dragonage 1/2, assassins creed 3, and battlefield 3/4, photoshop cs5 (not that much actually)

R9 285 or R9 280X will do that, just buy the cheapest one. Although you can go for much faster cards if you have the money.
