OK lets look at what i got

CPU: X2 6000+
GPU: HS2900XT
RAM: 4x1 gig DDR2 800mhx

Mobo: ??????????? Well normaly i would go with ASUS or Gigabyte but i was recently looking at them and saw that they have VERY few ATI/AMD chipsets well price is realy of no concern so could some one please point me in the direction of THE BEST motherboard posible.

Here is the thing i looked at i know this isnt the exact model but its the range:

And on a very general note, all you guys complain about stuff being "so expensinve" (btw this is not meant to be offensive) but on newegg.com they advertise 4x1gig DDR2 1000mhz + - for $500 now in RSA South africa thats about R3500 where we pay R3500 for 2x1 gig DDR2 800mhz note these are Corsair dominator modules, so now when u say somethings so expensive think, "WHAT ABOUT SOUTH AFRICA" and no we dont have lions as pets. Last thing i will compare is the new HD2900XT it cost $400 which is R2400 and in South Africa it cost R4000 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok thats thats all i have to say

Do you think that's expensive? It's very cheap compared to Brazilian prices. The 2900xt didn't arrived here but, just for comparison the 8800gtx costs 1255 dollars. And two GB DDR2 1.066MHz Corsair Dominator costs 743 dollars.

So, do you think South African prices are expensive?
