Question Sapphire Nitro RX 470 4GB crashed while gaming, does not show up on BIOS

To explain shortly :

I was gaming with a few friends (DOTA2), when my monitor went black, my PC rebooted and my monitor was still black (no HDMI signal).
There was no burning smell, no smoke, no sound, just a black monitor and reboot.
Turned the power off, unplugged the HDMI cable from the GPU and plugged it into the motherboard, the PC boots fine.
The GPU does not appear in Device Manager or in the BIOS. It seems to be getting power (Sapphire logo lights up), but fans don't spin (assuming it doesn't since there is no load).
Tried plugging it into a friend's rig, same result. So I don't think that it's an issue with the PCIe slot or the PSU.

PC Specs:
CPU : Intel i5-6500K
GPU : Sapphire Radeon RX 470 Nitro+ 4G
Motherboard : Asus Z170 Pro Gaming
RAM : Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB 2400

Will give more details if needed.
Any help is welcome, I'm in tears. Thanks in advance.
