Hello, I have recently bought Sapphire Nitro Rx 480 4GB and installed the Radeon Drivers 21.2.3(Non-WHQL). But I am experiencing some issues like while playing games eg. GTA V when my GPU Temp crosses 65C the fan speeds sometimes stop with 1rpm and then after 4-5 min it would give some bursts to ~3000rpm. And sometimes while the Fans are not spinning fast the RPMs on the Radeon Drivers Panel would be stuck at ~3000rpm. I think this might be a problem of the Drivers. Plz can someone guide me what might be the Issue. Also what are the Ideal Temps for this card while idle and while gaming?

It's likely driver issues, assuming you're on windows 10 here's the WHQL version https://drivers.amd.com/drivers/radeon-software-adrenalin-2020-20.11.2-win10-64bit-nov18.exe
install that and see if it fixes your issues. https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/radeon-400-series/radeon-rx-400-series/radeon-rx-480
if you're on some other os other than windows 10 then use the link above and choose a WHQL version of drivers and install it. And you wouldn't want your temps to really go much above 80c, and yours is 65c max so you're good in that regard.

Yes I have now installed the WHQL drivers and I changed the Fan settings for each Game and the issue is resolved. I think that changing the Fan settings for each game has helped as the Global settings were not overriding the application settings. Also I have enabled Radeon Chill which has greatly reduced the temps.
