Sapphire nitro rx 480 8gb fan not spinning and no siginal on monitor

Hey guys just got a new gpu and ram old gpu was gtx 1050 but I plugged everything into the new gpu and turned the pc on the fans didn't start. The led is working but that's it. Also my monitor says no siginal when I try to turn the pc on. I'm using dvi
 
Solution
I wrote already couple of things what to do but u didnt asnwer on my posts, i may stop it here then.

After u did what i said do following, connect dvi cable to your motherboard or better remove gpu at all and use IGPU(from motherboard video output) and try to start your computer.
Still not working, what ram did u have before? Try to install them and check it out.
However weird that your led doesnt glow when pc powered on, try to check those thin cables on the bottom of your motherboard.


The fans of that gpu don't spin untill the gpu reaches 52 C.

That is unless you set a custom fan curve for the gpu.
Double check all cables to see if they are properly connected, especially the dvi and 8 pin power connector.

ok i have the rx 470 nitro + the fans when its not under load will not spin the fans hell it wont even put power to them unless it deams they need it i run ark on epic that makes my fans spin lol but when i sit at the desktop and it cools off it powers the fans off till it heats up and needs them
