Question Sapphire Nitro+ RX 570 8GB not using full power ?

This card was used primarily for mining and now I wanted to switch over to the regular bios. I planned to use card for gaming, and in the games it is being limited with usage completely.
At the moment rest of config is I5-10400F and Gigabyte B560M (BIOS update done to latest 13F i believe).

In GPU-z board power limit set to 135W.

Memory support:

Entry 1 GDDR5
Micron
8192 MB
MT51J256M32HFB

So for instance in games like WoT, it doesn't even go to 50 FPS while ideally it should be 100+ FPS (I've confirmed it with several people having same card and worse CPU)

You will need to flash the bios back to original it's probly running a modified bios you'll need to get the bios from tech power up.

I'm not sure how to properly pick a vbios for the card, i know I have to confirm memory support chip, that's Micron, but rest to me is no go, i'm not familiar with how to compare memory latencies and all that...

Card doesn't have anything on back side, no sticker, it has worn off.

It turned out to be CPU throttling and not GPU related. Done
