Sapphire or His for 7970 ghz ed.

Well I can't choose between these two cards. I've heard nothing but good things about both and I would like some opinions about them before I make my decision on buying. Thanks

I would go with the Sapphire vapor-x! I have heard it is much faster than His Ice-Q, also the Ice-Q is loud as hell. But all in all they are two great cards!!

Nice! I know both are good cards but I like the sapphire. I just hope newegg gets it in stock soon, I really don't want to buy it off amazon. Is the Sapphire a triple slot card? I might go crossfire sometime soon or might stay with one card, haven't decide though haha

You may want to confirm noise levels and get a quiet one. Some of the IceQ's are quiet, others not so much. Of the two Sapphire models Tom's reviewed, they are both noisy(granted they were toxic editions).
