sapphire R7 240 with pentium e5500

is it ok to put sapphire R7 240 1GB in to my pc?
heres my specs:
intel pentium dualcore e5500 2.8ghz overclocked to 3.5ghz
gigabyte GA-G41MT-ES2L
2gb 1333mhz kingston
500gb hdd
cooler master v550s power supply

What GPU can you afford? PSU specs?

Sounds like you will overhaul your computer sometime in the near future. So if you can afford $80 +/- $20 and have a 280w or greater PSU, then go with a 7750 1 GDDR5.

my budget for gpu is $60 only,im planning to upgrade my cpu and mobo to i5 haswell by the end of 2014

I recommend expanding your GPU budget and opting for a lower-end i3 processor, you'll see all-around better performance that way.

I would recommend saving up for another month so you have $80 and buying a 7750 from ASUS, Sapphire or XFX.

If you need the GPU now, then go with the 7750 Powercolor which in the States can be had for about $60-65 after rebate

i am only a student so all money i have is from my parents,and my parents give me $60 only so i decide to buy a gpu

If ur parents give u 60$ per month,i should collect and wait till i have 300$.Then buy i3 4130 and hd 7770 and give u 3x better performance than r7 240
