Solution
Go into your bios, or go into windows administrative tools > system information, and the bios version should be listed. You can also do this:

http://www.howtogeek.com/196916/how-to-check-your-bios-version-and-update-it/

And compare it to the most recent version, which for your board is version 0602 and the updated firmware can be found at the product page here:

http://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/M2NMX_SE_Plus/HelpDesk_Download/

You should be able to put the download on a disk or USB flash drive and run the included flash utility to do the update.
It supports it, but it won't run at 2.0 speeds. It will be limited to basic x16 1.0 or 1.1 speeds. It is compatible with the slot architecture though. I'd make sure my board has the latest bios version as well before trying to install or run the card just to play it safe.

How i can check that?

With an R7 240? No, that's a very low end card. It also depends on what resolution your monitor is. Most titles will need to be played at low settings on an R7 240. You'd be much better off with a GTX 750 or R9 270, which will probably get you to at least medium settings on demanding games and possibly high settings on less demanding titles. It's a lot better than any integrated graphics though.
