sapphire r7 250 will support in my system and run perfectly? my system is
intel core i3 @540 3.07 ghz, motherboard dh55pj , 500gb hdd, 4 gb ram, 1 dvd rw, tr2 420 psu.
there is any noncompatability issue with my motherboard. my motherboard has pci 2.0 and this card is pci3.0.
 
Yes, the R7-250 will work fine on that MB. As will any PCIe X16 card. The PCIe version doesn't matter. PCIe is a backward compatible format. Be sure you get a card with GDDR5 VRAM and not one with GDDR3 if you want the best performance.

You may also be interested in the HD 7750. It is basically the same card as the R7-250, except it runs slightly faster and uses slightly less power.
