sapphire r7265 in game problems.

I am playning The witcher 1 at the moment.I know its gpu extensive game what would be the best settings for the game ,my cpu is intel g3258 at 4.3ghz and 4gig ram.Would overclocking my gpu help my games or not?and what would be my settings on most games.What should my sapphire r7265 play games at cause it looks bit slow at rendering the games also would it help if i overclock it.

the gpu is ok, but the cpu is a deal breaker since its a dual core... it will hold the system down a little.. overclocking the pu will help in some cases

while it comes to gaming with 265 i suggest you to stick with medium settings for best performance
