Sapphire R9 270x dual x safe temp

My R9 270x reach 72c when i make it 100 % in use without overclocking is that normal or its'll affect on my VGA ?
btw my case is Zalman z9 so i think it's not too bad at cooling . sorry for my bad english ^^

If you mean 100% gpu usage then yes your temps are fine. 72C is warm for a graphic card but not hot.
