hello so i want to buy Sapphire R9 280X 3G Dual-X OC and i have i5 4460 and antec basiq 550 w now in sapphire site it says i need 500w but i know that this is a powerful gpu my Q is will the gpu will run on my pc?
and is it worth to get it for 250 $ and in my country 250$ for this kind of gpu it not much.

I run a Sapphire R9 280x Tri-x and whilst I have a 750w PSU, I'm confident your PSU would handle it without issue, given your CPU's TDP is only 84w. The sapphire site suggests a power draw for the GPU of <300w which in reality means its around 250w. Antec uses Seasonic and Delta PSU's so quality is reasonable.

You should have no issues.
