You are using a p45 motherboard, Ill assume you are using a quad core. so that is 125 watts.

266 watts for your 280x

50w or less for ram and hard drives and dvd

full load sitting around 441 watts.

it's shady setup and a bad idea.

yes it should be, it's not ideal a nice psu from xfx, silverstone, antec or seasonic would be better. even a cx 600 would be a better option simply as it provides more wattage, it's about the same quality as the vs series. it's okay but not ideal.
