Solution
I would upgrade if I were you. The VS series is entry level and 550 watts is kinda below the minimum wattage requirements for a 280x ESPECIALLY from sapphire. I would invest in a CX750m if i were you. Its Bronze rated, semi modular and it meets the minimum requirements and heck, you get upgradeability and its only 40 bucks more than the entry level VS. All I'm saying is, don't cheap out on your PSU.

Solution
I have the same card and cpu.
I use the Corsair 750m because with OC and possible upgrades in the future. On my rig I have my gpu Overclocked and cpu at stock. And this psu is amazing.
It's always good to have room for future hardware without changing more than one part. :)
