1st of all i wanted to ask if this gpu Sapphire Radeon R9 280X TOXIC is compatible with my mobo : Gigabyte H67MA-USB3-B3 and psu: Cosair 800w

2nd i found a new Sapphire Radeon R9 280X TOXIC for 250 euro and a 2 month used Sapphire Radeon R9 280X TRI-X OC. Whats the difference btw this cards and is it worth to buy the new or the used

It means they were likely used 24/7 at high load. If you go that way, make sure he shows you the card running fine before you purchase it.
