Sapphire r9 380 proble with monitor programm

Ok guys listen my problem a couple of days back i installed sapphire trixx to monitor my fans and to overclock the gpu. But the problem is every time i close the trixx programm the fans of the gpu doesn't work and the gpu showed 96c today and when i opened the trixx everything worked normal and in a couple of minutes the gpu went at 60c. Any idea why is this happening?

Are you on the latest crimson driver? there was an issue with fan control causing cards to overheat. They published a hotfix this past monday. Make sure you have that.

I am going to unistall the drivers i have and i am going to unistall the latest version. I think it's not normal only the sapphire trixx programm or mis afterburner to be able to manage the gpu fans, i assume when they are turned off the fans are handled automatic by the gpu, am i right?
