Sapphire Radeon HD 6850 upgrade?

Hello everyone,

I purchased 2 HD 6850's about a year ago and put them into crossfire for about $75 each. At the time it was a pretty good deal since I mainly just played games like League of legends, World of warplanes, and other things like that. Now I have started playing more "graphically demanding" games such as Battlefield Hardline, Aftermath and so on. I have also fallen in love with streaming as well and that can be pretty demanding as well. I don't normally have frame issues when I play by myself but when I start to stream I get the occasional and it bothers me.My question is, is it worth selling them and upgrading to a single GTX 980 maybe? Or maybe some other kind of card? Any sort of input would be most appreciated.

250GB SSD

Yes. Upgrading to the GTX 980 is definitely worth it.

Well the 980 was just an example. Are there any other cards that you know of for sure that could get me a performance boost when it comes to streaming? I have done some research and there are so many cards that can do this and that. But when I read reviews and other things people say that it doesn't work for certain things that it should have worked for. So do you know of any more cards that are less hurtful on my bank account but can still get the performance boost required to stream/play comfortably?

Your best bet is a GTX 970. It is a great GPU for your requirements(streaming/playing) and is under $350. You cannot go wrong with it.
