Question Sapphire radeon R9 290 4gb ram blank screen

I have a sapphire radeon R9 290 4gb ram. The problem is my pc has blank screen on boot. I change power supply ,monitor, hdmi cable. Also i try my old nvidia card and working fine. If someone know something about this please help.

Have you connected the 6-pin & 8-pin power cables from the PSU to the R9 card?

Try the R9 on a different PC if you can.
