Sapphire Radeon R9 290 or 290X?

I don't have any particular badget limitation but the 290 is good enough for me and some review like the one below describe particularly that there's no meaningful reason to go to the higher priced 290X for 5-6 frames more.

Wait for aftermarket coolers. As far as between a 290 or 290X, is the price difference worth the 5-6 frames? That is a decision you have to make.
