Sapphire rx 470 oc code 43 problem

Hello everyone, I have a big problem and I read all threads about code 43 but i cant really find someone who has same problem as i do. So if u have time and know what it might be, please help...

So i build my PC back at 2013 and few days ago I wanted to upgrade my GPU. Friend gave me Sapphire rx 470 oc (100% working) to try it, but when I put GPU in PC and install drivers nothing happens. Like there is no GPU installed, though I can see it in device manager, but with code 43 note.

By the way I never had that problem with my older GPU Asus gtx 760 oc....

I tried everything I know, even a clean windows reinstallation but no luck, same code 43 code thing again. Also, when I put my old Asus GPU everything is working perfect, but with Sapphire GPU no.

Thats it, if u can help me I'd appreciate it alot...

Intel i5 4670 3.40gzh
gigabyte B85M-D3H
Asus geforce GTX 760 oc
16gb kingston DDR3 1600
HDD SATA3 7200 1TB WD Black WD1002FAEX
EVO 860 250gb SSD
SeaSonic - FOCUS Gold 550W 80+ Gold

It might also be worth taking the GPU out, and using compressed air to blow out the PCIe socket. Something could be preventing the contacts from touching correctly. Update the bios to the latest version.


edit: I'm not suggesting you use the 3rd party software linked on that page to manage your drivers. I wouldn't use it myself. Just do it all manually through windows.
