I'm seeing all of these videos showcasing the card but I cannot find it anywhere! Does anyone have a link or is it not available yet?

It is available, just in very limited quantity and it's marked as 'pre-order' on most websites. Not sure what country you're in but it's on overclockers.co.uk and scan.co.uk

Unfortunately, I'm in the US. Is there any U.S. sites that may have this available? If not, when can I expect the card to be released in mass quantity?

Sapphire ramped up production when they saw how popular the card was and the ETA for stores to have more stock is 12th August.
