Question sapphire rx 5700xt nitro+ underperforming

i have 3600x, 2x8GB 3000mhz psu seasonic focus GX Gold 80+, MB MSI MPG X570 Gaming Plus,

similar reviews and benchmarks results on their site, 3dmark and superposition my rx5700 underporforming, i saw its 5500 score on rx 5700xt with reference, mine not reach at least 5300 , amd 3dmark same, what is the problem ? psu not enough?
