Question Sapphire RX 590 stuck heatsink

I was getting 85 degrees while gaming so thought i'd take card apart to reapply thermal paste. There are no screws on the circuit board attached to the heatsink and i removed 2 screws from metal sideplate but that won't detach. It feels like the heatsink is glued to the board, does anyone have this card who could help (Sapphire RX 590 Nitro+

There's 4 screws on the back of the card around a small square cutout in the backplate. Those need to come out for sure. There may be a couple other screws in the back plate that hold the cooler on (usually no more than 6-8 total) but the remainder of the screws back there hold the back plate on only.

It was three tiny screws that were not removed, i did the repasting but not sure what happened as i get a high pitched buzz and no picture at all through HDMI, think i will have to contact Sapphire about it. Maybe damaged motherboard?
