sapphire tech r9 270x watercooling

Hey guys I have a sapphire tech r9 270x toxic edition and im looking to do a second loop for my watercooling to include the cards but im having trouble finding waterblocks for these cards, can anybody provide some insight?

There are no full coverage blocks that I can find you'd have to use a universal.

may be a dumb question but with a universal block like that how would you go about cooling the vram and other components on the card?
