That is the GTX 650 Ti Boost. The regular GTX 650 Ti generally trades blows with the 7770, but does a bit better than the 7770. The GTX 650 Ti Boost is more expensive and performs close to the 7850.

Depends on the game, but that is what the chart says. It's up to you which one you want, but the 650 Ti is probably can be the better one to get, unless the 7770 is ~$20 cheaper and you can't afford the 650 Ti.

Also the GTX 650 ti boost isn't available in your country

FPS is a matter of both GPU and CPU, if you have a powerful GPU but rather low CPU it may bottleneck YOUR VGA.

But I would get Gigabyte instead, Galaxy isn't anybody's first or even second choice.
