Sapphire vs Power Color

Sapphire, by FAR.

It's got a better cooler, better customer service, and is considerably more reputable.

Power Color does mid-quality cards; they're good, but nothing special, similar to XFX.

Sapphire has a better cooling system, i rather get the sapphire.
